Challenge
A Bangkok family contacted us four weeks after a parent passed. They had the property documents but no will and no idea what the legal process required of them.
Solution
We conducted an estate review, assessed the documents provided, and prepared a plain-language written overview identifying the assets, the likely statutory heirs, and the steps required.

Challenge
A British expatriate living in Bangkok needed to understand the implications of a will written by his Thai wife before her death. The document referred to properties and accounts and was written in Thai.
Solution

Challenge
