The legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (for service delivery), legitimate interests (for website operation and security), and consent (for optional communications and analytics cookies).
Retention: Contact and matter data is retained for five years from the end of an engagement, in accordance with Thai legal record-keeping requirements. Website analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.

All personal data is processed in compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
5. International Data Transfers
Our primary operations and data storage are based in Thailand. If you are located outside Thailand and submit data via our contact form, that data will be processed in Thailand. We take appropriate steps to ensure it is handled in line with the PDPA and, where relevant, equivalent international standards.
